It should also be mutually understood that as a part of the broader Chiengkuach Holdings Inc, it is continuing condition of operation must comply with the Parent Company’s and broader South Sudan Oil & Gas Sector policies and procedures which may be adopted and/or modified from time to time, in its sole discretion, to the extent that do not violate the CHIENGKUACH HOLDINGS INC. The company will be headquartered in Juba City, Central Equatoria. Its operations will expand to neighboring states within a few months and years.
